Some of the lovely ladies out to celebrate our friend Allie's birthday. These are some girls who are willing to help anyone out at the drop of a hat. It is so nice to have some people who "get it" regarding all things American!
Allie, with her enormous birthday candle- she is so humble and doesn't like anyone to make a fuss over her, so of course, that is exactly what we did!
Two and a half years later I am still taking pictures of things in the grocery store. Really?? A huge piece of dried fish covered in salt. Ew.
A night at the Venidome Wine Fair. Yes, people, some things have changed- I am actually attending a wine fair! I am still a lightweight, but have found a couple of wines I like and it was great fun to go with friends!

Yesterday I was so excited to be able to go with Henry's class on their field trip - check out this view from the park/zoo where we walked around. SO beautiful. It was my first time to ever be able to go on a school trip- they usually don't allow non French moms. Don't get me started. Anyway, it was a lovely day and the weather was out of a dream.
The kids did a little fun run before we walked around the zoo. They took it very seriously!
